Peanut Butter Cookies
1/2 cup Crisco
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup flour
Cream together Crisco, sugar and brown sugar. Add egg, vanilla, peanut butter. Sift together baking soda, salt, flour and add gradually. Roll into balls and dip in sugar. Put on ungreased cookie sheet and make criss cross patter with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min.
