Cream Cheese PieCrust: Combine 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs and 3/4 cups chopped nuts with 1/4 cup melted butter. Press into pan.Filling:
12 oz cream cheese- whipped2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/4 almond flavor
Cream together all ingredients and pour into shell. Bake 350 degree for 15-20 min. Cool for 15 min.
Topping: Blend 1 cup sour cream, 3 1/2 TBSP sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. Pour over pie. Bake 10 min. more. Refrigerate 5 hours. Serves 10-12
