Pecan Puffs
1/2 cup butter
2 TBSP sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans
1 cup flour
Beat butter until soft. Add sugar and cream. Grind 1 cup pecans into small pieces and add with flour to butter mix. Roll dough into small balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 min. While still hot, roll in powdered sugar. When cold, roll again in powdered sugar.
