Cantaloupe Ice 1 cup water3/4 cup corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 cups cantaloupe pulp and juice, sieved.
Make sure you have the sweetest, most flavorful cantaloupe you can find. Make syrup of water, sugar and corn syrup- place over low heat until sugar dissolves, bring to boil, boil 5 min. without stirring; cool. Add lemon juice and cantaloupe to cooled syrup. Freeze or process in ice cream maker.
