Spaghetti Sauce and Meatballs
Spaghetti Sauce3 large cans tomatoes (Squish tomatoes)-pear shape1 small can tomato paste
3 buds garlic (whole)
1 TBSP salt
1 tsp pepper
1/8 cup oregano
1 TBSP basil
1/2 cup red wine
Add oil from meatballs and sausage. Simmer 3 hours after adding meatballs and sausage.
Meatballs
2 lbs hamburger6 eggs
4 slices dry bread, soaked
1/2 onion, chopped parsley
1/2 cup grated cheese (Romano)
1 large bud garlic (pressed)
2 tsp salt pepper
Roll into balls. Fry in 1/2" olive oil. Then fry sausage in oil. Sweet sausage, add few grains hot pepper. Save oil for spaghetti sauce. Use 1/2 of oil. See spaghetti recipe.
