Chocolate Mousse
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 lb. chocolate coating (Guittard, Merckens, etc)
Flavorings.
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Heat and dissolve: 3/4-cup sugar and 1/2-cup water.
Turn off heat and add: 1/2 lb. of chocolate (Guittard, Merckens or any kind of coating chocolate)
Any flavorings you want.
After incorporated, let cool. Fold in 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped.
