Swedish Spritzbaaken Cookies
1 lb unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 extra egg yolks
4 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp almond extract
Let butter soften to room temperature, not too soft, not too cold. Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs, then flour gradually. Add almond extract to taste. Use cookie press to press and form your own designs on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min.
