Chocadamia Coconut Delights

1 cup butter

1 1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2 cup flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2/3 cups cocoa

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup chopped macademia nuts

3/4 cup shredded coconut

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift together and add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt. Add macademia nuts and coconut.

Drop by spoonful on to ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min.
