Pan de Bono
(Columbian Cheese Bread)
1 1/2 cup corn flour
1 12 cup tapioca flour
1 1/2 cup yucca flour
1 pkg queso ranchero
1 pkg moon cheese (or jack cheese)
1/2 pkg queso Cotija (do not substitute)
2 eggs
1/2 cup non-fat milk
1 pkg brown yeast mixed in 2 oz warm water with 1/2 tsp sugar
Add all ingredients together. Mix well until soft dough. Wait 20 min.
Make small amounts of cheese bread.
Bake 275 degrees for 25 min.
Should be brown in color. Serve hot.
Good for breakfast or with coffee.
