Artichoke Dip
1 - 14 oz can artichoke hearts, in water, drained and coarsely chopped
1-cup sour cream
1/2-cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 TBSP sliced green onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Dash of chili powderHeat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread into a 9” pie plate, quiche dish or one-quart casserole.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Serve warm with crackers (Triskets are the best) or veggies. Makes 2 1/2 cups. You can make this ahead of time and refrigerate it until you are ready to bake it. You can also microwave it on medium for four to six minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. (I reheated this in the microwave right before the meeting It's fine if you stir it well. I also added more Parmesan cheese than called for. I like cheese!)
