Welsh Rarebit6 TBSP melted butter1/2 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 beaten eggs
Cheese (I just use american cheese slices but NOT processed cheese "food")
Salt
Pepper
1 TBSP mustard
toast
In a saucepan, make a rue with the flour and butter. Take off stove and add all at once: 2 cups milk return to heat. Stir til thick, pour a little over 2 beaten eggs, add those and cheese and 1 tsp salt, pepper, 1 TBSP mustard. Serve over toast.
