Bleu Cheese Dressing
(makes about 1 quart)
4 ounces bleu cheese
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP A-1 sauce
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cups mayonaise
1. In food processor grind together blue cheese, onion and garlic.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
